Sample Itinerary
  • Meet at the dock around 9:00 AM (AST) Ask us if you need help with transportation!
  • Sample a fresh Bloody Mary or tropical juice and our fresh baked bread as we head out of the harbor.
  • With the wind and your wishes as our guide, we head off to one of many fabulous destinations around St. John.
  • Now it is time for snorkeling, swimming, lounging on the beach or just hanging out while we prepare your fresh gourmet grilled lunch.
  • After lunch, it is more snorkeling, swimming or relaxing.
  • Finally, it is a peaceful downwind sail back to the harbor by 3:00 PM while sipping on our famous Caribbean Cocktails.

Amazing Caribbean sunsets are the perfect time to pop that special question or socialize with friends and family.
Sample Itinerary
  • Meet at the dock around 9:00 AM (AST) (Afternoon schedule available)
  • Sample a fresh Bloody Mary or a tropical juice and our fresh baked bread as we head out of the harbor.
  • With the wind and your wishes as our guide, we head off to one of many fabulous destinations for snorkeling, swimming, lounging on the beach or just hanging out.
  • After some delicious appitizers, it is a peaceful downwind sail back to the harbor by 1:00 PM, in time for lunch, while sipping on our famous Caribbean Cocktails.
Sample Itinerary:
  • Meet at the dock around 5:00 PM (AST)Call Us! We can arrange transportation and dinner reservations too!
  • Toast to the evening with champagne, fine wines and Caribbean Cocktails as the Captain sails around Pillsbury Sound, bordered by St. Thomas and St. John and the neighboring cays.
  • As the sun sets over the western skies and St. Thomas hillsides, taste our famous fruit and cheese platter with gourmet spiced shrimp.
  • Sail back to the harbor by 7:00 PM in time for dinner reservations in Red Hook or Cruz Bay or simply to relax for the rest of your evening.
Normally, Half Day Sails and Sunset Cruises are for Private Charters because most people book Full Day Sails and any remaining seats wouldn't be filled.
